While at our previous positions, our team learned from the best: the steps insurance companies take to minimize the verdicts or settlements plaintiffs receive. Over time there, we had been trained in all aspects of personal injury matters and led countless trials to verdict.

We then went on to our true callings, helping plaintiffs fight the same insurance companies we used to defend. We have worked with some of the most premier, established personal injury firms in South Florida and have settled approximately 1,000 pre-litigation cases.

In cases where the insurance company did not want to work with us, we took the gloves off and filed those cases in court. While a case was in litigation, we remain hands-on and managed all aspects of the discovery, mediation and trial work. With our skills and successful trial experience, we are not afraid to battle big insurance companies in court and take your case to trial to obtain the results you deserve.
